  • A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience including operating experience in Strategy & Operations ideally at a high growth startup and/or marketplace business
  • Technical experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, and/or business analytics
  • Strong people leadership skills and previous experience hiring and scaling a team
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven -- you can complete complex analyses, define critical metrics, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business
  • You can think across multiple dimensions of a business (Sales, Product, Marketing) and work cross-functionally to deliver results
  • Ability to flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job
  • Ability to both lead and execute
  • Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
  • You want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Knowledge of SQL strongly preferred
  • Own development and implementation of go-to-market strategy and deep dives into opportunities for improvement for high-priority categories, starting with Apparel
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Product and Marketing to influence overall Apparel strategy
  • Both directly and indirectly ensure we achieve OKRs via performance management, surfacing of metric-moving insights, and executing on key initiatives that meaningfully move metrics and help us to scale
  • Be the “voice of Apparel go-to-market” and drive category expansion strategy with cross-functional partners spanning Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
  • Attract, hire, and grow a team of best-in-class Strategy & Ops hires
  • Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and complete in-depth analyses to translate data into meaningful insights and make recommendations to Faire's leadership team based on your findings
  • Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps
