  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or similar modules)
  • Experience with ERP system implementations, configuration, and support
  • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization tools
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of X++ or similar programming languages
  • Experience with system integrations, data migration, and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, version control, and source code management
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with business users and technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365
  • Configure and customize D365 to meet the business needs, including financials, operations, supply chain, and customer engagement modules
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 functionality and best practices
  • Provide user training and support, including creating user documentation and delivering training sessions
  • Manage testing cycles for new implementations and upgrades, ensuring business requirements are met
  • Work with business users to define KPIs, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Assist in D365 integrations with other systems (e.g., CRM, third-party applications, etc.)
  • Customize and extend D365 functionality using tools such as X++ (for Finance & Operations), Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services
  • Create and manage workflows, business rules, and plugins within D365
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications
  • Assist in data migration from legacy systems to D365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Lead and contribute to D365 implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including design, testing, and implementation plans
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure system security, performance, and scalability
  • Assist in ongoing maintenance and optimization of D365, identifying opportunities for improvements
