Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in the Foodservice Industry
  • Deep relevant customer relationships and exceptional customer references
  • Proven track record of customer development success and rapid channel development
  • 5+ years of People Management Experience. Proven sales leader with demonstrated ability to lead a team
  • Expert knowledge of Foodservice Contractors and Key Chain Accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop sales on a team and individual basis
  • Scrappy, thriving in an entrepreneurial, performance-based environment
Responsibilities
  • Shape and drive Foodservice sales strategy to rapidly grow Hint's Foodservice Sales Channel
  • Define and implement sales strategy agreed upon with Foodservice contractors (e.g. Compass, Aramark) and key accounts (e.g. Travel, Coffee, Corporate, etc.)
  • Independently lead customer and distributor development
  • Drive execution of all growth initiatives in support of Hint's overall omni-channel sales strategy
  • Manage a small team of remote Regional Foodservice Sales Managers
  • Ensure to meet or exceed yearly sales growth target
  • Develop sales team through training, coaching, and mentorship
  • Communicate daily with Direct Reports to align business goals
  • Establish KPI's in order to track progress
  • Utilize CRM tool, Repsly, to monitor daily FSM activity
  • Travel to engage with national accounts and team members (up to 50% expected)
  • Develop performance improvement plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Cross-Functional Leaders to support and achieve customer development goals
  • Work with the Distribution Manager to communicate the objectives of distribution within the foodservice channel
  • Expand National Distribution
  • Shape Hint's Foodservice Sales strategy, lead customer and distributor development
