Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance; TS/SCI eligibility highly desirable
  • Minimum 8 years of federal government contracting experience, with expertise in DoD and IC contracts
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and general contract law principles
  • Familiarity with export control laws, acquisition policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with various contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.) and commercial terms
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, from proposal to closeout, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate closely with program management, finance, and legal teams to develop comprehensive business proposals and solutions
  • Advise senior management on contract terms, risks, and opportunities for strategic growth
  • Maintain meticulous records and correspondence, responding promptly to data calls and contractual obligations
  • Negotiate and execute various agreements, including NDAs, teaming agreements, and licensing agreements
  • Provide strategic counsel to program managers and stakeholders, fostering productive relationships across departments
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
