We’re offering a structured and rewarding development pathway right here in Germany, with the chance to rotate through key commercial, customer service, account management and sales teams and fast-track into a supervisory role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Rotations in Sales and Account Management for both Fuel and Telematics
- First-hand experience on the phones – working with customers and targets
- Transition into managerial tasks – team leadership, coaching, project ownership
- Travel: Spend 2 weeks working in a different EU office
- Mentorship from senior leaders and a UK buddy for support
Qualifikationen
What we’re looking for:
- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related
- Mothertongue in German and good English
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Passion for leadership and career progression
