Requirements
  • Must have previous experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira and Confluence use to manage tasking.
  • Working knowledge and experience with FHIR and HL7 interface standards.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role/team lead for delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • At least one of the following Mulesoft certifications: Mulesoft Developer I and II, HyperAutomation Specialist, Mulesoft Integration Architect, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, System Architect.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of RESTful services, XML, JSON, and microservice implementations.
  • Developer experience with Apex coding with quantifiable examples to support the quality and velocity of your personal production and output.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and developing SW code that meets industry standards.
  • Healthcare IT experience, knowledge of HIPAA, and understanding of concepts around protection of PII and PHI data.
  • US Citizenship with ability to achieve and maintain a US Federal government Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Division CTOs to design and build Mulesoft solutions – both prototype/MVP and full production solutions – delivering integrated Salesforce Solutions meeting schedule and project objectives agreed to for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
  • API design creation, review, and implementation expertise.
  • Ensure all Mulesoft solutions adhere to government security requirements such as FEDRAMP, IL4+, ATO conditions, and other relevant infrastructure and security standards.
  • Own the design of Mulesoft and (optionally) affiliated solutions for Health, Service, and platform solutions.
  • Participate in peer and technical reviews to ensure comprehensive solutions are being developed.
  • Ensure documentation and completion of the steps for testing.
  • Support the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce application.
  • Collaborative project and workstream planning.
  • Support BD and Proposal efforts for US Government Clients.

  • Experience implementing Health Cloud solutions for healthcare customers.
  • Experience implementing DataCloud solutions and using analytics to extract knowledge and insights from the health data from the enterprise.
  • Mulesoft Designer certifications.
  • Mulesoft Architecture certifications.
  • Active in the Mulesoft community.
  • Salesforce certifications: HyperAutomation Specialist, Platform App Developer, Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, Administrator, Advanced Administrator.
  • Experience with other Low Code/No Code products besides Salesforce.
  • Other object-oriented programming knowledge and technology experience (Java, Spring) to provide secondary work path.
  • AWS Commercial and AWS GovCloud experience.
  • Tableau experience for developing integrated data analytics from Salesforce/Mulesoft implementations.
