Reports to Marketing Manager
We’re seeking an experienced a Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This position will play a crucial role in planning, executing and analysing the effectiveness of a wide range of marketing tactics, supporting the team’s efforts to drive origination and deliver opportunities for new business. Key responsibilities:
- Support in the execution of marketing campaigns, taking the lead on a wide range of online and offline initiatives.
- Aide in developing initial campaign concepts that align with the company goals and target audiences through to implementing the integrated tactics, ensuring they’re in line with our bright and alternative approach.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and other promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution.
- Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in keeping Salesforce up to date, while monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics and generating meaningful insights.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Client & Market Development to generate and execute innovative ideas, foster effective teamwork and maintain efficient operations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to execute timely insight articles and other alternative, innovative insight-led tactics.
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the content publication process including Design, Web and Comms.
- Assist in the reporting off the back of content publication, from Salesforce, LinkedIn and GA4.
- Support with all other aspects of general marketing support to the wider Group, as and where required.
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- 3+ years in marketing or related experience.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other relevant qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Salesforce / Pardot experience preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in planning, executing and analysing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to influence and educate people across different levels.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of people and to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and third party-suppliers.
