Requirements
  • Requires a 4-years degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury, finance or accounting
  • Must be able to communicate and manage relationships sr. leadership across all departments
  • Exhibit solid thought leadership and problem-solving capabilities
  • Must actively pursue opportunities to increase visibility and value delivered throughout organization
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. with an aptitude to learn new software
Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily cash positions and execute cash management strategies to meet the company’s financial needs.
  • Optimize and improve cash forecasting and cash flow analysis processes to provide data for capital allocation and strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with tracking, measurement and communication of earnout processes
  • Prepare debt compliance and other reporting for lenders and Private Equity partners
  • Develop and recommend treasury strategies and policies to optimize cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate risk, market risk, liquidity risk and business risks (flows, demographics).
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of capital markets and economic trends to inform risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting and to ensure alignment with the company’s risk appetite.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk awareness within the department.
