Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role within the Enterprise segment
  • 3+ years of experience with cyber security SaaS
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding a $1M+ annual sales target
  • Experience managing a diverse book of business and securing new logos within the Enterprise segment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, Slack, and Zoom
  • Proficient in account planning, territory management, and value-based selling
  • Strong organizational skills and expertise in pipeline management and forecasting
  • Confidence in presenting to C-suite executives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a personal pipeline independently
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, proactively driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth
  • Consistently meet and exceed renewal targets, proactively identifying opportunities to increase ARR
  • Maintain a thorough record of all client interactions, including emails, calls, and next steps
  • Identify and pursue new logo acquisition opportunities, targeting high-potential Enterprise clients
  • Utilize strategic prospecting and networking to engage new accounts and expand the company's presence within the Enterprise segment
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development Representatives to develop a robust pipeline of new logo opportunities
  • Conduct initial assessments and qualification of new leads
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and other teams to enhance client engagement
  • Engage with senior internal stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers within client organizations
  • Lead initiatives requiring input from multiple departments
  • Develop advanced account plans that consider complex portfolios and multiple stakeholders
  • Leverage deep knowledge of our products, services, and the customer’s industry to offer tailored, value-based solutions
  • Implement proactive account management practices to identify and solve sophisticated challenges
  • Proactively build and manage your own pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Apply strategic account planning and territory management techniques to maximize revenue growth
  • Confidently present our solutions to client C-suite executives
  • Lead negotiations on contract renewals and expansions
  • Operate with significant autonomy, owning account strategies and maintaining customer relationships
