  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining service levels as well as keeping management well-informed on the status of the client queues
  • Creates custom and specific documentation, presentations, and training sessions for the internal team, as required
  • Utilizes data to identify trends in match and volunteer submissions, and makes specific recommendations to leadership on improving operational processes and/or user experience as a result
  • Completes general administrative functions as required by management
