- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, sanitation, or manufacturing environments.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systems.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues.
- Maintain and repair production equipment, tools, and appliances.
- Coordinate and oversee outside contractors as needed.
- Identify and promptly report safety, maintenance, or operational risks.
- Clean and sanitize cultivation and production areas, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and sanitation standard operating procedures to maintain product safety.
- Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Maintain cleaning logs, maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and organized, hazard-free workspaces.
- Adhere to company personal protective equipment, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environments.
- Maintain tools, equipment inventory, and accurate service documentation.
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices or regulated production environments.
