Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

Randstad in Williamson County has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a large Healthcare company in the Brent-wood area. 

Main responsibilities will include:

*Verifying,approving, and coding invoices

*All Accounts Payable functions including accurate preparation of payments for approved invoices and contract payments.

*Processing 300+ invoices a week

*Maintaining accurate files

* Special Assignments through the company

* Communicating with vendors and management team

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

* 3-5 years of Accounts Payable Experience is required 

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Kronos soft wares 

*Attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines 

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

*Ability to prioritize and multi task 

*Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude

*Ability to pick up on software systems quickly 

Additional Information

This rewarding job is a Monday thru Friday work week ( 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m). The pay rate for this job will be $17.00 to $19.00 hourly!
