Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment functions, including job descriptions, postings, screening candidates and file retention.
  • Exposed to a variety of HR projects and initiatives, including team member engagement, onboarding new hires, training and development items, leave administration, and documenting business processes.
  • Support social media posting development, employee engagement events, and open interviews.
  • Prepare a variety of information, including regular audits, report compilation and general data analysis.
  • Other tasks and projects as required.
