Requirements
  • Knowledgeable in electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems. Preferable had experience in high vacuum systems.
  • Competent with the MS Office suite of applications and have knowledge of computer theory, various operating system software knowledge and networking in a Windows, Unix or Novell environment.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills are required.
  • Ability to work in local or remote locations with domestic and international travel.
  • Must be technically savvy and possess analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Must be self motivated and self driven and must be well organized.
  • Must be willing to travel to support installations worldwide.
  • Must be able to effectively work cross culturally.
  • Must be able to work cross functionally.
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibility is to achieve predictable Cycle Times and Warranty Starts for new tools installed at customer sites.
  • Includes activities associated with setup, alignment, calibration, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment.
  • Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with all installation-associated activities.
  • Assures operational quality of system equipment.
  • Works directly with KLA regions and customers to verify new tool performance and transfer tool responsibility.
  • Seeks warranty sign-off on newly installed tools.
