  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or related function

Responsibilities
  • Administer incentive compensation plans for Flatiron’s Sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate calculation of quota attainment and payouts.
  • Provide analytics and insight to Sales and corporate leaders to measure the effectiveness of incentive compensation plans to inform Sales strategy and staffing decisions throughout the year.
  • Support territory management and quota setting processes in partnership with Sales and Operations.
  • Ensure accurate crediting for Sales activity and enforcement of internal policies through effective data management and governance in our internal business systems, including Salesforce and Looker.
  • Identify opportunities to scale our incentive compensation programs through tooling to standardize crediting and payout calculations, and provide Sales with real-time insight into performance.
