Responsibilities
  • Delivering fantastic customer service and facilitating any guest requirements
  • Ensure smooth internal operations, including setting up and tear down
  • Assisting in the delivery and service of canapé receptions and sit down dinners
  • Setting up the Event and assisting the Event Manager with loading equipment
  • Laying up tables to standard both quickly and efficiently
  • Serving food and drinks to guests in the correct style
  • Enthusiastically and politely interact with guests
  • Proactively resolve issues/complaints and involve Event Supervisor or Manager as needed
  • Work well within the team, assisting with other duties and responsibilities as required
  • Undertake staff training as necessary
