Role Summary

As a Client Solution Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project delivery, managing subscription services, and driving continuous improvement in an agile environment.
Summary of key Responsibilities
Core Data Science & Engineering Leadership :
· Lead a multi-disciplinary data team, fostering technical excellence and innovation
· Drive the design and delivery of data and AI solutions, ensuring scalability and performance
· Apply strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and Spark to guide solution architecture and troubleshoot complex issues
· Ensure best practices in data engineering, including data pipeline design, optimisation, and governance
· Translate complex data into actionable insights for clients, influencing strategic decisions
· Lead development and deployment of machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
Delivery Leadership & Governance:
· Lead an agile delivery squad, ensuring consistent delivery standards, optimal resource utilisation, and continuous learning
· Oversee governance processes, including utilisation tracking, quality assurance, and compliance with service-level agreements
· Act as the primary escalation point for technical and delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
· Own sprint planning and resource allocation; manage ticket assignment, peer review, and quality gates
· Facilitate core agile ceremonies such as pipeline/resource meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
· Developing strategic roadmap for Client Solution and raise profile of the talents in the broader organisation
Subscription Management:
· Manage the full lifecycle of data subscriptions to clients, including pipeline intake, SLA adherence, QA/QC processes, and troubleshooting
· Ensure seamless delivery of insights and coordinate with stakeholders to maximise client value from subscriptions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination:
· Serve as the single point of contact for delivery operations, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to align capacity and timelines
· Partner with business development and practice specialists to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery
· Maintains up-to-date project documentation and ensures high-quality, accurate deliverables
· Ensures project deliveries are within timelines and budget requirements.
Capability Building & Innovation:
· Champion the development and industrialisation of new capabilities to enhance client solutions and market competitiveness
· Identify training needs and drive technical capability uplift across data engineering, data science, and visualisation.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Professional
· 10+ years of proven experience leading large-scale data projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
· Strong program management and governance skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
· Subject matter expert in different areas of analytical methodologies to solve business challenges
· Excellent people leader, experience in managing a data team is preferred
· Excellent communicator, being able to translate data into business insights
· Experienced in managing multiple projects and initiatives
· Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
· Must be team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
· Experienced in working across a matrixed organization.
Technical
· Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark for data processing and analytics.
· Hands-on experience with machine learning models, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI applications.
· Familiarity with agile tools and workflows (e.g., JIRA) and quality assurance frameworks.
· Understanding of data transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, S3) and operational data pipelines.
· Proficiency in using data visualisation tools (such as Tableau).
