Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality, preferably in dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Responsibilities
  • Conduct finished product inspections (visual, physical, dimensional) to verify compliance with approved specifications.
  • Review product labeling and packaging to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistency with approved artwork.
  • Document inspection results clearly and accurately, including any non-conformances or deviations.
  • Participate in batch record reviews and Certificate of Analysis (COA) verification from third-party manufacturers.
  • Perform inspections on product samples received from contract manufacturers, including sensory checks (color, aroma, appearance).
  • Communicate and document any quality issues or deficiencies to the Quality Supervisor/Director and initiate appropriate follow-up.
  • Assist in tracking and trending of quality metrics and inspection outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Purchasing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Product Development) to support continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product quality.
  • Assist with document control and record keeping of quality records in accordance with company policies.
