  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Own the operating plan, including quarterly/annual budgeting, long range planning as well as cash flow forecasting, and monthly reporting, including variance analysis
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives
  • Drive financial discipline, fact-based decision-making, and financial visibility across the company
  • Develop insightful financial reporting and provide strategic guidance to senior management
  • Drive dialogue between key stakeholders to establish and evolve organizational KPIs
  • Lead the finance transformation for systems/processes, use of AI in financial analysis and reporting
  • Contribute heavily to, if not lead, investor relations activities
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including lenders
  • Drive mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives
  • Leverage the strengths of the current finance team, clarify roles and responsibilities while further coaching and mentoring team members
  • Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization
