Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 13+ years of relevant FP&A experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of public company experience; Taking a company public a plus
  • Proven experience in finance leadership roles within the technology sector

Responsibilities
  • Own the operating plan, including quarterly/annual budgeting, long range planning as well as cash flow forecasting, and monthly reporting, including variance analysis
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives, including managing cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation
  • Drive financial discipline, fact-based decision-making, and financial visibility across the company
  • Develop insightful financial reporting and provide strategic guidance to senior management
  • Drive dialogue between key stakeholders to establish and evolve organizational KPIs
  • Lead the finance transformation for systems/processes, use of AI in financial analysis and reporting
  • Contribute heavily to, if not lead, investor relations activities by helping develop guidance for the Street, anticipate questions on quarterly results/guidance from the analysts/investors and provide necessary information to address the same
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including lenders
  • Drive mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives
