Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or above preferred but not required
  • Previous experience within customer service role preferred but not required
  • Good telephone presence

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Opening, processing, and sending mail
  • Responding to emails
  • Actioning system tasks
  • Preparation of reports/statements
  • Handling account queries
  • Resolving customer incidents or changes
  • Developing personal product knowledge and customer support skills
  • Contributing to ad-hoc duties and projects
  • Working cross functionally with other business departments
  • Minimizing the risk to the business and the customer
