SHADOW is currently seeking to fulfill a Production Coordinator role within its Creative Division. The Creative Coordinator is an entry level position for someone who has at least one year of on-the-job experience (including internships), is passionate about the creative field and bringing ideas to life for brands. It is a dynamic role that gives you real access to one of the most exciting and important functions of brand marketing.

- Passion: You are invested personally in creative, with both an understanding of the current cultural trends and a point of view on how creativity is applied through a brand lens.
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic: You are eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a professional diligence that allows you to work proactively and independently.
- Social media fluency: You are an expert on social platforms and their features including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (at minimum), with a strong familiarity with social media analytics, terms and their meanings.
- Bonus: Experience working events, measuring social media and using Fashion GPS
What You Do:
- Project Administration & Support: You’re the administrative foundation of production workflows. You build and maintain meeting agendas, call sheets, inventory lists, schedules and timelines, run of shows. You’ll also be responsible for organizing and filing the versioning of production decks, briefs, exports and more.
- Divisional Administration: Outside of specific productions, you will manage the Executive Creative Director’s scheduling as well as maintain the agency’s production database including vendors and freelance production talent.
Annual Compensation
$44K - $50K commensurate with experience
