Requirements
- RIBO license is required
- More than two years of sales experience in Home and Auto insurance
- Consistently exceeded sales quotas
- Experience using Agency Manager (TAM)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work authorization must be US citizen, green card holder, or H1B visa
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal monthly revenue production quotas
- Achieves acceptable closing ratio as determined by MPCS
- Prepare applications negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers
- Perform final quotation review and coverage selection
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure coverage is accurate
- Cross sell additional lines of Insurance to existing clients
- Analyze, counsel and recommend coverage to clients
- Comply with binding authorities and guidelines as set out by Insurers
