Requirements
  • Experience sourcing senior technical talent in engineering, artificial intelligence/machine learning, or research in a competitive market, with measurable response rates.

Responsibilities
  • Source elite Research Scientist, Software Engineer, and Robotics/infrastructure candidates who are not actively seeking jobs.
  • Source candidates through papers, GitHub, conferences, citation graphs, communities, and networks.
  • Write personalized outreach to senior researchers and engineers.
  • Map markets, build target lists, and maintain calibrated pipelines for active searches.
  • Build scalable sourcing processes in Ashby and automate list building, enrichment, and sequencing.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience sourcing Research Scientists, robotics engineers, or deep-tech engineers.

The multi-phase partnership will begin by evaluating Genesis AI's first robot, Eno, at LG operations in the US and across LG CNS's industrial customer portfolio. Genesis AI builds AI-powered robots capable of performing complex physical tasks across various environments. The company's GENE AI foundation model enables generalisation across tasks, with each new deployment requiring less data and time than the previous one. The partnership will conduct strategic evaluations across LG CNS's enterprise customers, execute pilot programmes to develop deployment playbooks, and ultimately roll out robots to LG Group affiliates and LG CNS customers globally. LG CNS will provide integration expertise to bring the robots into existing workflows at scale.

Genesis AI, a robotics startup founded in early 2025, has unveiled Eno, a wheeled general-purpose robot with two arms but no legs or head.
