The Wilshire Group appoints Jeremy Hung as Director of Revenue Integrity Service Line, advancing next phase of program innovation.

The Wilshire Group appoints Jeremy Hung as Director of Revenue Integrity Service Line, advancing next phase of program innovation. * The Wilshire Group LOS ANGELES, CA - APR. 28, 2026 - The Wilshire Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Hung as Director of Revenue Integrity Service Line, marking a significant step forward in the firm's continued investment in scalable, high-impact Revenue Integrity (RI) program development. Jeremy brings over 16 years of experience with Wilshire and has been instrumental in shaping the firm's approach to Revenue Integrity - developing the frameworks, tools, and methodologies that now define how Wilshire delivers measurable value to its clients. Over the past several years, his work has focused on advancing the scalability of RI services and building proprietary solutions that support health systems in achieving sustainable, operationally integrated revenue performance. "Jeremy's appointment reflects both his longstanding contributions and the direction we are heading as a firm," said Gretchen Case, Founder and Managing Partner of The Wilshire Group. "We are seeing unprecedented demand for Revenue Integrity programs that are not only compliant, but operationally embedded, technologically enabled, and financially measurable. Jeremy has played a central role in building that capability." The Wilshire Group has been at the forefront of Revenue Integrity program design and operations for over a decade, combining deep operational expertise with advanced Epic system integration across the revenue cycle. The firm's structured approach - anchored by its proprietary (C) 8 Pillars of Revenue Integrity - enables organizations to assess, design, and scale RI programs across core, enablement, and sustainment functions. In parallel, Wilshire has developed advanced tools to quantify and track financial impact, including dynamic ROI measurement capabilities that allow organizations to clearly understand the value of RI initiatives over time. These tools are increasingly being leveraged by health systems to support executive decision-making, prioritize investments, and demonstrate sustained performance improvement. "Our focus is simple," said Jeremy Hung. "We help organizations move beyond reactive workflows to build proactive, integrated Revenue Integrity programs that are aligned with how care is delivered and how systems actually function. That means tighter coordination between operations, HIM, and IT; smarter use of Epic capabilities; and a clear line of sight into financial outcomes." As health systems continue to navigate post-implementation challenges, increasing regulatory complexity, and pressure on margins, Wilshire's approach emphasizes practical execution, collaboration, and long-term program maturity. The firm works closely with clients to implement solutions - not just identify them - ensuring that improvements are operationalized and sustained. This announcement also reflects Wilshire's broader commitment to expanding its Revenue Integrity service line, with ongoing investments in program design, automation strategies, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled analytics. Gretchen Case and Jeremy Hung will be presenting at the upcoming NAHRI Revenue Integrity Symposium in Savannah this September and welcome the opportunity to connect with industry leaders to discuss evolving approaches to Revenue Integrity and share insights from recent client engagements.
