  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • At least ten years of relevant experience
  • At least five years of experience overseeing subcontractors
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage an active portfolio of projects
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate/communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with design-bid-build construction projects
  • Experience with vertical new construction, building renovation, and civil/site infrastructure construction projects
  • Experience with construction building codes and permitting processes
  • Expertise with at least one of the following, preferably all: HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the preparation of subcontractor requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Coordinate responses to requests for information
  • Participate in evaluations of subcontractor proposals
  • Develop and/or monitor project schedules
  • Review project submittals to ensure completeness
  • Coordinate responses to comments from clients and other project stakeholders
  • Review subcontractor invoices for alignment with project status/deliverables
  • Identify and work to proactively resolve any compliance or performance issues
  • Provide technical & managerial input into the preparation of subcontractor modifications
