Cboe Global Markets raises quarterly dividend 19% to $0.86, marking 16th consecutive annual increase

Cboe Global Markets has raised its quarterly dividend to $0.86 per share for the third quarter of 2026, up from $0.72. The payment will be made on 15 September 2026 to shareholders of record on 31 August 2026. This marks the 16th consecutive year of dividend increases. The 19% rise reinforces the company's commitment to returning cash to shareholders whilst it expands its clearing and trading services. The dividend growth accompanies Cboe Clear Europe's planned expansion into fixed-income lending through its Securities Financing Transactions service. However, analysts note the company remains heavily reliant on its S&P index options partnership, which presents a concentration risk. Community fair value estimates for the stock range from $143.58 to $317.71 per share, reflecting divergent views on the company's prospects.
