Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in a media related role
  • Experience with digital investment and programmatic media
  • Retail media experience, ideally with Amazon, Target, and Walmart
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with client retail marketers to provide reporting on media activations on a regular cadence, with an eye towards driving performance aligned to campaign goals.
  • Serve as the main analytic resource for internal agency retail media teams, providing insights and recommendations based on available data to drive media performance.
  • Partner with client analytic teams to evaluate and interpret Marketing Mix Models in a manner that is clear and allows for media optimization.
  • Apply substantial amounts of independent critical thinking, and from your analyses, uncover media and marketing communication opportunities.
  • QA data for quality control for quarterly Marketing Mix engagements.
  • Lead the creation of brand level Measurement and Learning plans, as well as actualizing the results of those tests; coordinate with internal teams as needed.
  • Oversight and stewardship of campaign set-up, ensuring appropriate application/execution & implementation to deliver accurate measurement on Enterprise Innovation projects, test and learn opportunities and Learning Agenda items.
  • Support data collection and builds in Domo media metric visualization platform by providing channel context and final recommendations.
  • Ensure recommendations from measurement platforms are built to assist with a broad range of analyses that drive media optimization and improvement in marketing techniques and business strategies.
  • Diagnose issues with data, work with measurement vendors and planning teams to solve discrepancies and ensure accurate tracking resumes accordingly.
  • Liaise between the agency trading desk, Planning Teams, and other key internal groups on each account (marketplace, research/analytics, operations) to ensure client needs are being met and to carry out precision strategy process workflows.
