Responsibilities
  • Payroll:
  • Prepare and process payroll, meticulously reviewing time records to guarantee accuracy
  • Manage wage orders, as well as other special payroll deductions
  • Ensure the timely and error-free execution of all payroll transactions in alignment with labor standards and company policies
  • Data Coordination:
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to maintain and manage employee data efficiently
  • Oversee processes related to compensation, wage structures, 401K, insurance, and fringe benefits
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve payroll-related inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Legal Compliance:
  • Process wage garnishments, pay levies, and court-ordered payments in adherence to legal requirements
  • Stay updated on current payroll laws, encompassing employee wage data, payroll taxes, and mandated reporting (e.g., federal and state income taxes, social security taxes)
