Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience directly related to project management or technology implementation within education, Student Affairs, academic advising, or related functions is required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Knowledge of student success technologies is required.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of project management principles and tools are required.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours.
  • The position requires frequent standing, sitting, walking, and continuous movement within the College and off-site locations.
  • The position requires frequent pushing and pulling of up to 10 pounds and continuous handling of paper materials.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or otherwise lawfully authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the Unified Data and Technology System project.
  • Implement project plans, monitor progress, track milestones, and recommend changes to improve team effectiveness and project outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, Institutional Research, Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, academic units, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adoption.
  • Gather requirements from Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, Academic Advising, Academic Divisions, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions support institutional Student Success strategies.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of data policies, project objectives, and long-range planning for Student Success technologies.
  • Lead efforts to identify opportunities for improved student engagement, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiencies through technology.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and change impacts to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze data from advising tools and analytics dashboards to measure project effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Generate project documentation and reports to support decision-making and demonstrate impact on Student Success outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of institutional Student Success objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience directly related to project management or technology implementation within education, Student Affairs, academic advising, or related functions is preferred.
