Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities
  • Leading and monitoring all harvests, weights, and measurements
  • Managing inventory of bulk harvested flower
  • Responsible for QC of plant material
  • Interviewing and training new associates
  • Managing schedules of staff
  • Maintaining proper environmental conditions in dry and cure rooms
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports
  • Liaising with logistics and dispensary operations staff
  • Taking instructions from the cultivation management team
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
