Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience
  • 7 plus years of experience working in a traditional marketing role-ideally digital performance marketing
  • Proven leadership, staff management and coaching skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performance team of 5-10 account management professionals
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of CJ’s managed services offering and health of advertiser relationships
  • Pitch CJ’s products and solutions, manage client objections, and gain adoption to meet client business goals
  • Lead pricing, contract renewal discussions, up-sell CJ solutions
  • Collaborate with internal partners on client retention efforts
  • Define platform feature and capability enhancements
  • Develop and manage financial plans and meet financial expectations for your portfolio of business
  • Serve as a trusted adviser and collaborator in handling client objections requests and all complex issues that cannot be solved by account teams
