Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce, technology or gaming industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and define the next steps
  • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints
  • Be a data-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for sports
  • Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Responsibilities
  • Strategize, setup and manage the performance of automated marketing campaigns across the Customer Retention & Monetization Team to drive business impact
  • Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Analytics, Product, and Engineering partners to incorporate new product enhancements, A/B tests, and internal toolsets
  • Identify opportunities and create automated campaigns to upsell users into products, retain high-value users and grow LTV
  • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and test results, sharing learnings cross-functionally
  • Write emails, push notifications and in-app messages aligned to our marketing standards, brand guidelines and channel best practices
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and HTML is a plus
  • Experience working with APIs and conditional logic is a plus
