Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with the business strategy for the supply chain, focusing on scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee the management and optimization of key supply chain platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, TraceLink, and related applications
  • Ensure that all supply chain systems meet global regulatory standards (e.g., DSCSA, EU FMD, Brazil Anvisa) and maintain compliance with GxP, SOX, GDPR, and other critical frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes by leveraging technology to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve accuracy
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and operations run smoothly
  • Partner with key stakeholders from Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and support new business initiatives
  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of supply chain IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain high standards of system security and regulatory compliance
  • Mentor and lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
