What we are looking for:
Semperis is seeking an innovative and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team.
What you will be doing:
The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting one or more functional teams, ensuring they thrive and effectively implement people programs in line with Semperis mission and values. As an integral part of our People team, you will collaborate closely with functional leaders on engagement, organizational health, performance management, employee development, policies, and more. You will have the chance to enhance and positively impact the employee experience at Semperis, directly influencing our organization’s growth and scalability.
Collaborate with other People Teams in the design and implementation of People programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce
Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the team members of your client groups. This opening’s client groups will be revenue focused (Sales, Ops, marketing)
Partner with a member of the executive leadership team and employees on their team to achieve their People objectives
Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage global employee relations issues.
Build excellent working relationships across the business and our People Team.
Promote Career Path development, Succession Planning and Spearhead other initiatives, some of which you will get to build from scratch.
What you will bring to the table:
Relevant BA/BS degree.
6+ years of experience as an HRBP/PBP within a growing engineering, tech, or cybersecurity organization.
The ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams
Experience supporting globally distributed organizations involving different languages, cultures, time zones.
The unique ability to flourish, and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity
The ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Reputation for integrity, confidentiality, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align People initiatives with business objectives, translating strategy into plans for execution.
