Requirements
  • Strong experience in building/facilities management with integrated service delivery
  • High-level financial knowledge and ability to manage budgets, invoices, and POs
  • Proficiency in CMMS and desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for reporting and stakeholder engagement)
  • High School Certificate or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily facilities operations, including subcontractor management and CMMS oversight
  • Manage invoices, budgets, and purchase order registers
  • Supervise staff and ensure compliance with BGIS systems, contracts, and safety standards
  • Act as the first point of contact for the BMS management office
  • Provide 24/7 emergency support through an after-hours on-call system
  • Conduct inspections and audits, ensuring facilities meet safety and operational standards
  • Coordinate event-related inspections, damage assessments, and rectification works
  • Perform ad hoc grounds care tasks such as relocating sprinkler hoses, blowing debris, and leaf collection
  • Foster a positive, team-focused environment through mentoring, coaching, and effective communication
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to subcontractor tendering, scoping, and delivery management
  • Formal facilities or building management qualifications
  • Senior First Aid Certificate and current Driver’s Licence
  • Certifications in high-risk environments (Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, EWP >11m)
