The Opportunity:
Your combination of people skills and Video Teleconferencing knowledge makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. We’re looking for a VTC Technician specializing in scheduling and endpoint monitoring to help us keep the global connections for the US military.
As a VTC Technician on our team, you’ll be responsible for scheduling VTC sessions, trouble-shooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service to end-users. You’ll help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your communication skills will come in handy as you help users ensure their connection needs are met.

You Have:
3+ years of experience overseeing VTC systems and endpoints
3+ years of experience installing and configuring VTC applications and system software
Experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
Ability to work independently
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification, such as CompTIA Security +
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in a DoD environment
Experience with general Network Administration
Experience with general Systems Administration
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
