Job Summary
The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider is a vital part of our clinical staff in our mission to cure patients who suffer from allergy and sinus problems. They will deliver a memorable experience for our patients with each interaction they have, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction are top of mind. They will practice precision everywhere including providing allergy testing and treatment to infant patients and older. They will share responsibility with their peers and the rest of the clinical team to ensure the clinic is running smoothly. They will exemplify integrity in everything that they do, always doing what is best for our team and our patients. The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider will mentor all clinical staff by showing exceptional leadership skills and leading by example.

- Oversee and manage both percutaneous food testing, in addition to both Percutaneous and Intracutaneous Environmental Allergy Testing.
- Diagnose, manage and treat asthma within scope of practice.
- Diagnose and treat allergic disorders (hives, eczema, etc.)
- Providing patient education on Aspire Allergy & Sinus Center’s services and treatment options.
- Inspect patient’s sinuses for structural defects utilizing Nasal Endoscope.
- Make recommendations on further allergy and sinus treatment as needed.
- Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.
- Ensure that the patient’s charting is completed within 24 hours of the patients visit.
- Establish relationships with patients to support long-term treatment to bring them relief from allergy and sinus symptoms.
- Provide mentorship to Clinical staff.
- Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.
- Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant/ NP
- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant/ NP Program
- Must have a current Physician Assistant/ NP License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificates
