Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a limonadier.
  • Ability to carry a loaded tray of glasses safely and steadily.
  • Ability to open shellfish, ideally with established expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Serve beverages, coffee, and refreshments efficiently and elegantly.
  • Install, set up, and restock the oyster bar daily.
  • Open shellfish and prepare seafood platters.
  • Manage cash collections and customer billing.
  • Monitor seafood freshness and compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Advise customers about the beverage selection and the origin of the oysters.
  • Coordinate directly between the counter, the écailler, and the guests.
