  • 1-3 years of customer service/onboarding, bill processing, or general project coordination experience
  • Experience in the energy or utility industry strongly preferred
  • Understanding of utility billing, rate structures, and tariffs strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across multiple teams and external vendors
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • BS degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support across all key areas of the customer onboarding lifecycle
  • Audit all paperwork submitted by each new customer to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Work with utility provider and customer to obtain historic utilization needed to establish proper billing terms
  • Create new utility accounts for customers, including management of the deposit and transition lifecycle
