Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Deep understanding of and empathy for the experience of Algolia field sales
  • Deep understanding of digital experience and ecommerce business needs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Expertise in using enablement, tracking and documentation technology.
  • 2+ years in marketing technology teams; sales enablement; or content-producing roles, preferably in the digital experience, commerce, or search sub sectors.
Responsibilities
  • Create and champion messaging for product & solution launches for field enablement: Authoring creative messaging about our products in the perspective of our prospects and customers
  • Sales Engagement and Support: Our field Account Executives require proactive support that our Product Marketing team will solicit and provide
  • Creating vertically specific positioning: Using a customer-scenario perspective, shape messaging and content specific to industry value propositions
  • Support Analyst Relations: By helping to facilitate answers to Analyst report questionnaires across product management and product marketing.
Desired Qualifications
  • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
