Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program at an accredited college/university. Business degrees are preferred, but all majors are welcome to apply
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, Rising Juniors and Seniors preferred
  • Ability to work a 40-hour work week in a hybrid work schedule for the duration of the 10-week Summer internship (June 5th - August 11th)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
Responsibilities
  • Support client management and create new, innovative health care solutions that will bring more value to the business
  • Develop personal relationships to better understand the health care needs of our customers
  • Gain knowledge of the sales and retention process from product design, underwriting and pricing, to customer service and claims payment
  • Interact with Account Executives, Account Managers, and sales support departments
  • Contribute to project-based work including but not limited to; competitive analysis, work flow process improvement, and customer meetings
Desired Qualifications
  • Possess a motivated personality and a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills
  • Leadership experience/skill is greatly preferred
