Ribbon Communications reports $845M 2025 revenue amid project delays, targets AI and defence expansion

Ribbon Communications reported fourth-quarter 2025 revenue of $227 million, down from $251 million in the prior-year period, as customer project delays and budget timing issues impacted results. Full-year revenue reached $845 million, up slightly from $834 million in 2024. The company recorded over $50 million in new voice modernisation bookings during the quarter, with US Tier 1 service provider sales rising over 25% for the year. For 2026, Ribbon projects revenue of $840 million to $875 million and adjusted EBITDA of $105 million to $120 million. A fourth-quarter tax benefit is expected to reduce future cash tax payments by $15 million to $20 million over several years. The company is targeting expansion in AI and defence markets.
