Requirements
  • Healthcare knowledge with at least 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree (any major).
  • Detail-oriented approach with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and skilled in tracking and analyzing data.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and close new accounts within single-specialty ophthalmology practices.
  • Apply deep knowledge of ophthalmology and healthcare to consultatively address client challenges and motivations.
  • Design and execute innovative strategies to expand Brevium’s presence in the ophthalmology market.
  • Lead online and occasional in-person product demonstrations, providing insights into Brevium’s economic and clinical impact.
  • Build relationships and establish Brevium as a trusted partner with decision-makers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and maintain detailed records in Salesforce to track progress and results; average sales cycle length is 6 months.
  • Travel up to 30% for road trips and tradeshows, including 10+ tradeshows annually.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ophthalmology expertise: comprehensive understanding of ophthalmology practice operations, challenges, and motivators (preferred).
  • Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools (AI) (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (bonus).

The software plugs into existing practice management systems, so clinics can run recall campaigns without changing their workflow, and is billed on a subscription basis. Compared with competitors, Brevium combines data-driven prioritization with seamless integration to practice management systems, focusing specifically on overdue-patient outreach to improve return rates and drive revenue rather than offering generic marketing tools. The goal is to help medical practices keep more appointments by reactivating overdue patients, improving patient retention, and increasing clinic revenue through smarter scheduling and communication."
