Requirements
  • At least 5 years of HubSpot administration experience across Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs, with HubSpot CRM Developer certification and/or certification in Marketing, Sales, Service, or CMS Hubs.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot workflows, including complex branching and multi-object logic, and strong knowledge of CRM data architecture, object relationships, custom properties, associations, and governance.
  • Experience designing and supporting HubSpot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, middleware platforms, and data-mapping best practices.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Backend development experience with C#/.NET and SQL/T-SQL, including custom table design, querying, and large stored-procedure-heavy schemas.
  • Experience with data pipelines and integration work, including ETL, migration, deduplication, and backup/disaster-recovery practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud data and infrastructure tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of API and messaging architecture, including RESTful design, object-relational mappers, microservices patterns, NServiceBus, and Azure Service Bus.
Responsibilities
  • Architect and maintain custom objects, properties, fields, and workflows across HubSpot and TMT to ensure a unified data model.
  • Build and manage APIs and middleware connecting TMT and HubSpot to provide reliable data flow between platforms.
  • Perform system audits, data backups, and integrity checks, and troubleshoot synchronization failures and backend errors.
  • Identify data gaps, manual processes, and bottlenecks and recommend system or workflow improvements.
  • Map and document how objects and properties flow between TMT, HubSpot, business intelligence systems, and the website.
  • Recommend new custom objects and properties as business needs evolve while maintaining a scalable and consistent data model.
  • Align CRM lifecycle stages and pipeline structures across systems so lead and client data moves cleanly between stages.
  • Define data governance standards covering ownership of data, fields, and processes.
  • Design and implement integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms, including Amplitude, business intelligence tools, booking engines, enterprise resource planning systems, global distribution system providers, and internal databases.
  • Use HubSpot REST APIs and webhooks to develop custom integrations and data-synchronization workflows with the development team.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines with TMT and Data teams, ensuring accurate field mapping, data integrity, and scalable reporting.
  • Assess, implement, and oversee third-party HubSpot integrations and marketplace applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, data architecture, workflows, and custom HubSpot configurations.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation sequences across marketing, sales, and lines of business.
  • Develop complex, multi-branch automation logic for lead nurturing, client lifecycle management, loyalty programs, and internal notifications.
  • Monitor automation performance, resolve operational issues, and implement data-driven improvements.

Kensington launches FIDO2 Level 2 NFC+ security keys for phishing-resistant authentication

Kensington has launched two FIDO2 Level 2 certified security keys: the VeriMark NFC+ USB-C Security Key and VeriMark NFC+ USB-A Security Key. Both devices support the FIDO CTAP 2.1 protocol and provide phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication and passwordless login protection. The security keys feature dual connectivity via USB or NFC tap authentication, work without driver installation, and support cross-platform compatibility including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android and Chrome OS. They are IP68-rated for water and dust resistance. The devices support emerging Passkey standards and Apple ID integration, using public-key cryptography stored in hardware to prevent credential interception. Both models are available through Kensington's store and global distribution partners, backed by a two-year warranty.
