- Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.
- Help improve our process, documentation, tooling and talent market intelligence.
- Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process.
- Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business & technical functions (GTM; Partnerships, Sales, Solutions Architect, Research Scientist; Engineer).
- Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
