When design thinking meets the AI canvas. By: Tomas Ronolski - AllPennyStocks.com News Tuesday, August 4, 2026 Artificial intelligence has moved past the phase where its value sat mostly in individual productivity gains. The harder problem now facing large employers is organizational: how teams are structured, how decisions get made, and how people are trained to work alongside systems that did not exist three years ago. That has opened a market for platforms pairing AI tooling with consultants who understand how companies actually operate. Shares of TNL Mediagene (NASDAQ: TNMG) are surging Tuesday after the company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Infobahn entered into a partnership with Miro, an AI-powered innovation workspace company. The two will deliver organizational design and human resource development solutions to enterprise clients in Japan. TNL Mediagene is a Tokyo-headquartered technology company providing AI-powered advertising, marketing technology, content commerce, and data analytics to brands and agencies across Asia. Formed in May 2023 through the merger of Japan's Mediagene Inc. and Taiwan's The News Lens Co., Ltd., it operates multi-language digital media brands in Japanese, Chinese, and English and employs roughly 480 people across offices in Japan and Taiwan. Infobahn is the digital studio operating under that umbrella. With more than 28 years in communication design and innovation design, it counts leading Japanese companies and multinational corporations among its clients. The partnership integrates Infobahn's design methods, spanning design thinking, service design, vision design, insight exploration, value structuring, and prototyping through verification, onto Miro's workspace. That platform features Model Context Protocol integration, multi-modal functions, real-time collaboration, and consensus-building spaces. MCP is a common standard for connecting AI to external tools and data, removing the need to build a separate solution for every system. Miro brings considerable reach to the arrangement. Founded in 2011, the company serves more than 250,000 enterprise customers and over 100 million users worldwide, with more than 1,600 employees across 14 global hubs. "Organizational transformation in the age of AI has become a critical challenge in Japan as well," said Motoko Imada, CEO of TNL Mediagene. "We see this collaboration as another step in expanding our enterprise AI offerings and strengthening the long-term growth of our Digital Studio business." Brigid Archibald, Head of JAPAC at Miro, cited Infobahn's enterprise consulting experience, expertise in design thinking and organizational transformation, and its track record with leading Japanese companies as the basis for the agreement. The timing fits a stated strategy rather than an opportunistic pivot. The digital studio business was TNL Mediagene's largest revenue segment in fiscal 2025 per its Form 20-F, and the company began offering AI-powered services within it during the fourth quarter of that year. The partnership aligns with the FY2026 plan to expand those services. Shares of TNMG are soaring 94.1% to $0.6939 in Tuesday morning trading. Other penny stock movers. Miro AI Builder Week: co-create the Catalyst. At Miro AI Builder Week, the Data & AI Business Catalyst is evolving into a collaborative workflow that maps business models, suggests AI use cases, estimates ROI, and generates shareable strategy outputs. The week starts off with lots of energy: Miro has invited me to the AI Builder Week to develop a collaborative AI solution using AI Sidekicks, Flows, and MCP. For this, Datentreiber GmbH'll have access to the new Agentic AI features that Miro first unveiled at Canvas 26. My plan: upgrade the Data & AI Business Catalyst! Datentreiber GmbH has already brainstormed the following ideas: A) You upload a company presentation, and the Catalyst fills out your Business Model Canvas for you. B) You describe your business model (on the canvas), and the Catalyst suggests relevant use cases of analytics and AI. C) You invite colleagues to an asynchronous workshop, and the Catalyst consolidates the use case suggestions. D) You come up with use cases, and the Catalyst estimates the ROI for the AI applications. E) You select the relevant use cases, and the Catalyst generates a Use Case Catalog in Markdown format (for importing into the context of Claude Code, Codex, etc.). F) You decide in which format you'd like to share your AI strategy, and the Catalyst generates a doc, sheet, or slides. In a nutshell: the Catalyst catalyzes the process from discovery to delivery, connects teams and tools, and converts your AI strategy into a machine-readable and version-controlled artifact for your AI agents. Which features would you like to see in a demo? Let me know in the comments.
Miro and Fortience Consulting advance supply chain AI. Last updated: July 6, 2026 12:23 pm Miro and Fortience Consulting have introduced SCM Decision Canvas, a new solution that aims to improve the quality and speed of supply chain decision-making. Launching in July 2026, this platform is kinda made for S&OP and supply demand planning meeting type sessions, so orgs can step past the usual 'hey here's the status' updates and kinda get to the actual decisions that matter. The approach blends Miro's visual collaboration space with AI, to support pretty much each phase of the decision-making process. Before the meeting, the AI sort of sifts through sales, production and procurement figures, to surface concerns risks and opportunities that then gives everybody a common view of what might be discussed. During meetings, teams work together on the same shared canvas, while AI helps to organize the talk, compare alternative routes, and highlight tradeoffs, though it does not take over human judgment, or really steer it in that way. After meetings, it records what got decided, along with the working assumptions and why those assumptions made sense, turning it into a reusable knowledge base for later planning cycles. The launch comes in, as supply chains become harder to steer because demand swings are way more volatile and geopolitical uncertainty keeps showing up. A lot of companies still burn too much time with this explaining of the data, in planning meetings, and in the meantime the real logic behind key decisions is not always written down. That makes it difficult to build alignment and respond quickly when conditions change. Miro and Fortience started working together in May 2026, so they could mix AI help with human know how in supply chain management. The idea is pretty simple, they keep the AI task as organizing things like, the information itself, spotting risks and turning chaos into a kind of discussion structure while the final decisions stay with people. And instead of just having each meeting be some isolated moment, they're building this continuous loop, like preparation then collaboration then capturing what was learned. The new solution is meant to help organizations improve their decisions over time, not just one time, then move on.
