  • 5+ years experience in Financial Planning roles in manufacturing and/or operations
  • Experience working with manufacturing and operations teams required (e.g. BOMs, Material Variances, Cost Accounting, Cycle Counting, Inventory, Physical Counts, Value Engineering, etc. )
  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in presentations to multiple levels in the organization
  • Excellent project management & organizational skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated experience to perform within tight deadlines
  • A keen eye for details and data alignment across systems and reporting with a passion for using data to help make informed decisions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; or, an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Drive alignment of planning and investment with the company's overall strategic priorities
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful research and reporting for internal stakeholders to enable optimal financial management of their area of the business, helping achieve department & company goals
  • Leverage data, financial analysis, and business understanding to research and recommend business growth opportunities and efficiencies
  • Initiate, drive, and implement processes and systems that enable the organization to scale
  • Identify key operating metrics, and develop executive/department dashboards to track these metrics including surface findings with strategic recommendations
Desired Qualifications
  • SaaS Planning (Vena, Adaptive or Anaplan) experience preferred
  • Self-starter - you take the initiative and thrive in environments that require you to wear multiple hats
  • Builder - you enjoy building and rebuilding processes and building relationships to drive consensus across teams, influence, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Inquisitive - you know the highest impact questions and can dive into the data and do the research required to answer those questions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment highly desired
