  • Discovery - Lead the effort to collaborate with customers to identify performance tooling gaps in AV development workflows
  • Planning - Create a long term strategy and roadmap to address the identified gaps and lead the execution
  • Execution - Build tools in collaboration with external customer teams, which will surface insights of AV system performance for AV engineers and performance experts
  • Technical leadership and mentorship of team members to support in successful delivery of roadmap
  • Partner with PMTs and TPMs to foster good relationships with customers and collaborators
  • Drive good software development practices within the team including design, usability, code-reviews and testing
Desired Qualifications
  • MS or PhD in CS, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with the AV SW Stack (behavior, performance, and implementation)
  • Experience with computer architecture and HW accelerators
  • Experience with GPUs and domain specific accelerator SW stacks
  • Experience using/building usable wrappers around vendor perf tools
  • Familiarity with Typescript/Javascript
  • Experience with VMs and docker containers
