- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Drive business from initial customer engagement to close, meeting or exceeding quarterly & annual bookings objectives
- Prospect, develop, and close new customers using various direct and indirect methods
- Manage opportunities and forecast
- Uncover opportunities at existing customer accounts and establish new accounts to develop sales pipeline
- Interface with technical staff where required to address customer requirements
- Maintain and grow pipeline in salesforce.com CRM system, tracking interactions with prospects and customers
- Develop and maintain territory plans
- Deliver online presentations covering the company, products, and services
- Hybrid role: Work in Austin office Tuesdays & Thursdays
