Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and intelligent test automation frameworks for complex cloud-based services.
  • Develop automated test coverage across functional, performance, security, and end-to-end layers using Playwright, Rest Assured, JMeter, Postman, and Cucumber.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards in application and test automation code.
  • Integrate test automation into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab continuous integration and continuous delivery, and Azure DevOps.
  • Lead quality assurance planning, execution, and reporting for safety-critical systems with emphasis on coverage and traceability.
  • Oversee the defect lifecycle using JIRA, Zephyr, and Xray, and use Generative AI for defect triage and root-cause analysis.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and integration of Generative AI tools and techniques throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Use Generative AI to generate and optimize test cases from requirements and specifications.
  • Use Generative AI for code generation and refactoring within automation frameworks and test scripts.
  • Explore Generative AI for predictive defect analysis, root-cause suggestion, and anomaly detection.
  • Guide junior engineers and promote AI-driven testing practices and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development life cycle.
